What is Full Contact Karate Foundation?

We are an elite martial arts association dedicated to Kyokushin-style traditional values and high-performance, full-contact athletic training. Our focus is raw discipline, modern strength conditioning, and authentic combat application.

We open our doors to dedicated individuals of all backgrounds. Programs start from age 6 for juniors up to advanced adult divisions. No elite level fitness is required to start—only a relentless attitude.

Absolutely not. Over 80% of our active black belts started with zero martial arts experience. Our highly structured beginner's syllabus is designed to safely build your foundation step-by-step.

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive sportswear such as a t-shirt and athletic pants. Training is fully barefoot. Official uniforms (Karate Gi) can be ordered through our front desk after registration.

To achieve real physical progress and build muscle memory, we strongly recommend training 2 to 3 times per week. We offer multiple morning and evening sessions to seamlessly fit your schedule.
